I have a chronic condition treated by three or more prescriptions at a time, so I interact frequently with this pharmacy. They answer the phone. They fill prescriptions quickly. The text alerts tell me when prescriptions are received and ready. The app functions minimize my need to call. Wait times for vaccines are short, even without an appointment. In the context of our crazy healthcare system and other pharmacies in Boulder, this pharmacy is doing pretty darn well.

Lines are long at times but still shorter than Walgreens and other places. (It was really bad a couple of years ago but they’ve hired a lot more people.) Hours are convenient as long as you remember the short closure for their lunch break.
