I have a chronic condition treated by three or more prescriptions at a time, so I interact frequently with this pharmacy. They answer the phone. They fill prescriptions quickly. The text alerts tell me when prescriptions are received and ready. The app functions minimize my need to call. Wait times for vaccines are short, even without an appointment. In the context of our crazy healthcare system and other pharmacies in Boulder, this pharmacy is doing pretty darn well.

Me: "Great, I'll be back a bit later" 6:00pm, at the pickup window "That hasn't been filled yet, it'll be about 15 to 20 minutes" Me: "That's what someone said about 9 hours ago. I guess I'll be back tomorrow" I probably should have said yes, do it now. And then come back tomorrow anyway.
