  IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN UP FRONT ON THE PHONE THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. As a completely single mother and losing my job because as a single mom I couldn’t afford childcare I lost my insurance. I had to find a friend to help me with my child to go to this appointment. When I called to schedule an appointment and explained the situation I was told somebody would reach out about payment options as I have a very limited funds. No one ever reached out and when I showed up to the appointment they told me I had to pay for it in full. No help, no wiggle room, just pay for it in full or I can’t have the appointment. I obviously couldn’t afford the $250 for a test so I was not allowed to do the appointment. A sign on their wall saying “help not matter what” should say “help only if your rich.”

  Everyone here was very kind and helpful when I came in to get my birth control replaced. They answered all my questions, didn't make me feel rushed like I usually feel at the doctor's, and listened to what I wanted/my concerns. Thank you!

  I just spent 1 hour and 46 min on hold…. Save your time and download dr on demand app… literally half the price and so much time saved.

  Waited over an hour and a half after my appointment time to see a doctor and had to leave because they said it would probably be another hour before I was going to be able to be seen. Seeing as I didn't allocate 3 hours of my day for a visit that should of taken 30 mins I left. I won't be going back.
