  IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN UP FRONT ON THE PHONE THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. As a completely single mother and losing my job because as a single mom I couldn’t afford childcare I lost my insurance. I had to find a friend to help me with my child to go to this appointment. When I called to schedule an appointment and explained the situation I was told somebody would reach out about payment options as I have a very limited funds. No one ever reached out and when I showed up to the appointment they told me I had to pay for it in full. No help, no wiggle room, just pay for it in full or I can’t have the appointment. I obviously couldn’t afford the $250 for a test so I was not allowed to do the appointment. A sign on their wall saying “help not matter what” should say “help only if your rich.”

  Would give no star if I could. Came in for my appt and was told that it was canceled due to provider being out and that they “tried to reach out to me” and left me a VM. I never got a missed call or a VM from them. Was told they cannot see me today multiple times, as if I didn’t already understand him the first time. He then proceed to said they couldn’t get me in until maybe late September and that I would need to call since the system does not have their September calendar available online yet. I waited months for this appt too. Super unprofessional.

  Planned parent saved a friends life when she needed help. She doesn’t have health insurance yet they still helped her. They care about their patients and listen to them.

  I've been going to this Planned Parenthood for almost 3 years. The last visit was a terrible experience. The person that checked me in ( I find out later is the office manager) created a second chart and input the wrong information. That created a ripple effect: not being able to get my prescription for my painful UTI for a week, not receiving my bill, getting locked out of my online chart and now that bill has been sent to collections and might now effect my credit score. This person made no attempt to call the collection agency or take accountability for THEIR huge mistake. I want to support Planned Parenthood but this location is ran by an incompetent manager.
