    The team at Homewatch: scheduling, staffing, and the aides themselves stepped up again to meet my mother's needs during the recent three-day power outage. The team has has been providing consistent, quality care for my mother for four years, flexed impressively quickly when her need for care increased. six months ago, and showed up as a critical resource in the latest crisis. Thanks to all!!!

    Homewatch has been great to work with. They went above and beyond to find a great match for us. We tried out a few caregivers they recommended and ended up with someone that really meets our needs. Homewatch was very receptive to our feedback in order to match us up well with a caregiver.

    Three caregivers from this company Amy, Levi and Logan, helped to care for a mutual patient of ours. They were so good, so caring and compassionate. They weren't just caregivers. They were lovers of people and humanity. I would not hesitate to use them personally, for my own loved ones.

    I'd give zero stars if I could. Total waste of my time. Came out to do evaluation, made me sign paper work, then proceeded to email me next business day to tell me that they had no one working for them who could meet my needs, so I should look elsewhere. Really? You are an agency. Isn't the whole point that you should find someone to work if you don't have someone available? Otherwise, couldn't I just find someone myself at a fraction of the price? And, when I tried to reply to the email and ask that you destroy my protected paperwork that I signed, it gave me a bounce back, saying I had no authority to send email to this address! Most unprofessional organization I have seen - maybe ever.
