This may be one of the best urgent care facilities I've ever been to. The staff was kind, caring, and got me through quickly! I almost went to the ER, but am so grateful I came here instead as they were able to handle my injury and it saved me countless hours and dollars. THANK YOU!

Please don't go here if you actually expect care. This is a facility that clearly makes their $ off of drug tests and managing workman's comp claims. I was forced to use this place over the past 5 months. Some of my visits were OK, but no one has even bothered to look at my injury for several months yet WC required the visits. Today I had what I hoped would be my final appt. I was on time and put in a room in 10 minutes. The person who checked me in was pleasant but kept asking me about my neck which is NOT where my injury is. SHe said there was mention of my neck in my chart which is ridiculous. My injury couldn't be further away from my neck. She left and told me the doctor would be there in a few minutes. I sat there for 45 minutes with nothing. On top of that I was in an unheated room which was FREEZING. I finally just got up and left. When I walked out I saw the doctor and several other associates just casually hanging out at their behind the scenes desk. Had I missed my appointment I would have faced charges but this office demonstrated ZERO respect for my time. After having to visit there for 5 months they didn't even have the correct information for my injury. If you are forced to go the for workman's comp so be it, but if you truly have something urgent I would dodge this place like the plague.

I had a scheduled Pre-employment physical scheduled. I showed up early. They didn’t take my paperwork and had me wait. I asked if I could leave a urine sample. They said no, they have to register me first. I couldn’t hold it so they said to relieve myself and start drinking more water. That happened a second time before they registered me. I waited almost 2 hours before being able to leave urine. Subsequently the lab called me back and said it was too diluted and I had to come back in and leave another sample. The whole appointment took me 3 hours from the time I arrived until I left, add two hours of driving time, 5 hours total, plus another 2 hours to leave second urine sample done in Ft. Collins. They lost my blood draw and told me I needed a new blood draw. Luckily they found it before I left. They never accepted the paperwork I tried to give them from my employer, so I literally had to go through all my immunization documents and provide myself. They did do a tetanus shot but did not document it. Everyone was kind.
