I went to refill it again and I received a text stating it would be ready for pickup today by 1:15. We just went to pick it up tonight around 6PM and they do not have it and it is on back order. When I called to talk to a supervisor, I spoke to a women named Betty and she was immediately defensive saying its not their fault its the manufactures fault and they have no control with it. I explained it is their fault as they said they would have it and never notified me of it being on back order. She then got snotty with her tone but agreed they should have called. Don't waste your time here if you actually want your prescription!!!

In the past 3 months I can no longer get my medicine until 31 days on a 30 day supply. They don't count the day you pick up your medicine even tho I take my medication the same day I pick it up. So now I run completely out of medication before I can pick up my next prescription. One of those medicine I take in the middle of the night and they are making me go without until they fill my prescription on the 31st day. I find this ridiculous. I'm now gout to transfer all my medication to another pharmacy.
