I was forced to use this pharmacy because the Safeway on Mississippi and Peoria closed, and I'm already looking for a new pharmacy. They'll have my prescription on file for WEEKS, and still can't get me my medications on time. The automated system will even tell me to come get my prescriptions, but the pharmacy won't have them. Dealing with chronic illnesses is difficult enough, but not knowing when or IF I'll even get my medications makes it twice as hard. Thanks, Safeway!

I have switched my prescriptions from Safeway at Buckley and Mississippi to this location. For 2 months I kept being told Fentanyl patches were backordered and I could not get them at Mississippi and Buckley Pharmacy. After my pain management doctor's assistant did some checking she found they were available at this location but not in the correct dose . The pharmacist helped me by doubling the 25mcg patches to equal the 50 McG patches I had been getting for a year at Mississippi and Buckley Pharmacy. This last month they got the 50 McG fentanyl patches I normally get. They worked with me and my doctor's office to get it on the day I needed the meds to be filled. I greatly appreciate the pharmacist tech a very nice young lady and the head pharmacist for helping with a complicated issue in making sure I got fentanyl patches, oxycodone and lorazepam that I have taken regularly for years..I had a Walgreens Pharmacy at Mississippi and Chambers abruptly stop filling any narcotic scripts for all patients. Then I found Safeway at Mississippi and Buckley that worked out for a year and all of a sudden could not fill all my scripts. After checking multiple Safeway stores myself and King Soopers and CVS pharmacy with no luck the Pharmacy at Safeway on Havana came through. It's a good 15 minutes further for me to drive but if they continue to be able to get my scripts filled I will a very satisfied customer. So far they have not been judgemental on my pain management prescriptions and seem to go out of their way to help if a a dose is not available by figuring out how to make what they have available work to meet the requirements of the script written by my doctor's office. Thanks for going the extra mile to get my scripts filled the last 2 months. I look forward to many more months and years of good service from this pharmacy. Kudos to the Pharmacist and Technicians at this location.
