Eventually the two girl who initially checked me in, simply tried to ignore me as I was standing at their desk trying to clarify a question i had for them. The lack of customer service and compassion is insane considering they are dealing with distressed customers all day. I was letting them know I was leaving and they can take me out of the queue, when there there was only one staff member that seemed to care to help instead of continuing to dismiss me, told me to hold on as she was finishing a call and took over. she is 5 stars and only her. Again, The front desk staff can get rude, so be aware when attempting to get care here. I was sent from my employer, otherwise I definitely would have left. After I was taken back and seen. The process was pretty seamless from there. The doctor was informative. Unfortunately i do have to return here to get my stitches removed. Hopefully Ill have a better experience in a week.

If you don’t have to come here for healthcare, don’t. They treat you like an inconvenience when you have complications with paper work or job related incidents, CDL DOT medical certificates. 😂 It’s really comical, when all you expect is for them to do their job. I saw Nurse Practioner Halat Deana , worse medical encounter i’ve had to date.
