  Staff was very rude. Doctor was very pleasant, but messed up my paperwork stated my elbow was the body part that needed an MRI when it was my biceps. Went for MRI and they couldn't examine my bicep. Tried to contact concentra about the error and they hung up on me. Still waiting for a new order so I can get the correct MRI. Not happy at all!

  They have no idea what they are doing. They can't take a proper blood pressure and make you wait forever. For a couple of test that should have been done in and out in 40 minutes took 2 and half hours.

  The staff was very rude and having to go to the bathroom again after talking my urinalysis test was a problem. And with that with refusing to let someone to go to the bathroom is terrible and disrespectful. If possible try to avoid going to this Concentra and find another one that has the same services.

  Great costumer service. The staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and stress-free. From check-in to completion, everything was handled with top-tier service. Highly recommend.

  Worst year of my life dealing with this place for a workers comp injury. The Dr consistently lied in my medical records, didnt follow through on therapies that worked and kept trying to force acupuncture even though it made my circumstances considerably worse stating " it works for most people". No matter how much i expressed pain I could never get help with controlling it. Iy never even get addressed in any form and most of the time when i finally get a copy of my note i see he didnt even note the pain at all like the conversation never happened! my last 4-5 month was literally me coming there, talking about the continued pain then sent home with no help, no referral to other specialist, no pain medication, no therapy, NOTHING but being told " we have to move this along and show that your getting better because this is what workers comp wants to see", so the Dr lied in my medical records stating i said acupuncture is working... LIES! Saying i could lift/push/lift 30 lbs.... LIES! He never even assessed my abilities to lift/push/pull and even when i told him i could barely move 8 lbs, he said he needs to leave it at 30 lbs or worker comp will question it. So he covered his own backside instead of making sure he's providing good care to patients! So I finally gave up on any hope for help and said "if your no longer going to help then just put me at mmi and close the case as this was the only at i could try to go to my primary Dr. to try to get the help i desperately needed. Epic fail in health care dealer with Concentra! Now i'm stuck with more injury as the horrible Dr never addressed my constant complaint of ongoing unresolved neck pain related to my shoulder injury which is finally being addressed. Over a year of suffering. They don't care! If you can go to any other company, DO IT. You'll save yourself a lot of wasted time, money, and suffering! I hate i ever went there. I will say the physical therapy side is much better and provided honest effort and good care. The chiropractor is good as well. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I dreaded every visit but Church Mutual denied my request to change to another clinic otger than Concentra and Concentra Aurora North claimed i could not go to a different Concentra clinic and had to stay with their location. I'm convince they ALL suck, Concentra as a company is horrible! The medical team is a scam! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!
