Wow did Thor really need to shout at me and call me a drug addict loud enough for people several aisles over to hear. I'm standing right in front of you man. I'm sorry you couldn't get my DR prescribed medication refilled so I had to ask my doctor to change the RX. I'll be requesting they send it elsewhere from now on. Blatant HIPAA violations are a big deal breaker

It’s such a bummer to work with a pharmacy and they do a great job — till they don’t. The quality of services you receive at this pharmacy depends on who is working. There is no consistency or appreciation for the customer at all and the staff (some of them only) act like you are a pesky fly and burden. It’s retail — cmon folks!! I picked up four prescriptions today. When I got home, I reviewed my scrips and realized I had gotten a thirty quantity whereas i normally have received 100 from Safeway. I checked the two prescriptions against each other and realized they had two separate numbers so I called to follow up and see why one had been filled for 30 quantity as opposed to 100. I was told by Kris that it doesn’t matter. You’ve already picked up your prescription. You’re not gonna be able to refill your prescription because you’ve already gotten your prescription today and you got 30. I never asked to have it refilled. I never asked to have any changes and he jumped to the conclusion that I was going to ask him something and this just left a very bad impression because he was making assumptions that I was going to ask him to do anything and all I did was just ask him to look at the other prescription number and he refused. This is a healthcare industry related business and people go through tough times and it’s their job to be receptive to requests. I just don’t understand why people don’t listen anymore and they just automatically assume you’re going to ask them to do something difficult. I just asked him to look up the other number that I had in hand and was going to provide and he said I’m not going to refill it I never used the word refill. Moving all of my prescriptions and i’m sure they could care less.

Horrible customer service. False smiles with rude stares; To outright rude comments. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. My disabled 20-year-old daughter has multiple sclerosis and serious mobility issues. It preventing her from driving and oftentimes making walking for more than 30 mins a day impossible. The brain lesions make it hard for her to manage complex details and yet, With more than two dozen different prescriptions That are all picked up in different days of the month, she didn't lose any. Because she doesn't drive and rarely has the energy to go with me to the store, I usually picked up the prescriptions and brought them home. She sends me a text message and says hey! There's a prescription to pick up and I go pick it up. Nothing complex. Yet when after months of never losing a prescription, she misplaced one prescription, and we asked for verification that it had in fact been picked up, They had a very appalling response. The pharmacist decided that I must be stealing her medications and called multiple doctors that prescribe for my daughter to say im stealing her medhe primary care who had prescribed that particular prescription was not available because she left the practice). She called my daughter psychiatrist even though the missing medication was not a psychiatric medication and told her psychiatrist that her mom was stealing her medications and to not let anyone but her pick up her medications. As you can imagine, that caused an incredible amount of compromise to my disabled daughter's physical well-being while We waited for my daughter's next appointment with her psychiatrist, to clear up the LIE told to her by the pharmacist here. The note in my daughter's pharmacy chart followed her to a new pharmacy when we refused to ever have to deal with the horrible staff at this location. Can I just say what a massive overstep this was on the part of the pharmacist? How much damage she did to an already extraordinarily compromised patient who she could see was already taking a hail storm worth of medications every month. She can't claim ignorance of how compromise and how much pain my daughter was in because she was looking right at a list of her medications and knowingly went ahead with her very sketchy choice, To block a disabled young adults primary caregiver from helping her get medications that she needed picked up sometimes two to three times a week. Due to an error on the part of my prescribing doctor, after my annual physical and new year's worth of refills on my medications, I ended up back at this location today today. I don't know if everyone there knows the story of how I reported that pharmacist to her supervisor. I kind of hope s, otherwise, there is really no excuse for the incredibly rude and hostile interactions I had with the staff members who I was being extremely polite to today when I picked up my medication there. If that's just how rude they are to everyday patients coming in to pick up their prescriptions, that is very sad. Nonetheless, if they are being selectively hostile to people who report unprofessional behavior to supervisors, that's equally unprofessional. Something is seriously wrong When everyone at a location is either belligerent, sarcastic, cold, glaring at customers. I went out of my way to be extremely polite because I didn't want any drama at that location today. We got horrible results back on my daughter's Health yesterday and I just wasn't in a place to deal with people being rude. So when a woman came out of quest diagnostics and walked up to one of the computers at the pickup location, I asked if she was ready for me to come up or if she has something else to first. She ignored my question and then after I waited for a good 4 seconds with no response. She really told me to come on up with a nasty look on her face. I tried to smooth these over by saying I'm so sorry. I just sheepishly said " I didn't want to assume that you were ready for me when you might have something else you needed to handle 1st." The rest of her interaction was equally rude.

The pharmacists and techs are usually nice and helpful. This location has been under-staffed for a while so just be patient and try to get your refills submitted a little early. Use the automated refill system rather than speak with a tech if you can.

I set a paper down next to their monitor to get my license out and my paper floated down past their monitor. The person working accused me of throwing it at them... it was a piece of paper that I thought they had grabbed it. They were rude to me as I didn’t know why they were accusing me of throwing something at them. Then the person kept going and doing other things not related to my COVID vaccination as well as interacting with other customers while ignoring me. Then came back after a couple minutes. The individual didn’t treat others the same way.
