I'm so happy with my glasses. I can see clearly with no "adjust period" like the other Dr. swore was necessary. They also have a very good selection of frames and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning when I am ready for replacements.

The Tech came over to help me. And as she was helping Ashley went over that I need another exam soon. She asked me if I was having an issues with my glasses now. I will be calling to make an appt soon. But I just want to express the customer service was right on point even with a full house of people.

- ASAlexis SkyAug 19, 20251.0I called Stanton Optical in Yuba City to check on the lens they ordered for my new glasses, and the woman who answered (Christina) spoke to me with a very rude tone and horrible attitude. On top of that, whenever you go into this location there’s no greeting or sense of hospitality. You might get it from one or two women if you’re lucky, but overall the staff seem stressed, irritated, and it creates a very unwelcoming environment. This store really needs either new employees or more support for the ones working there. I also wanna add it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment because I’m pretty sure that there’s no actual appointments. Stanton never takes away a time for an appointment 20 people can schedule an appointment for 1 PM and that 1 PM is still gonna be there for the 21st person who comes online to book an appointment. So if you’re expecting to actually be seen at a decent time for your appointment, don’t be.
