  I came to Trinity at one of the hardest times in my life. I felt lost, broken, and tired of pretending I was okay. I didn’t know exactly what I needed I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was. I wanted to find peace inside myself again, to understand my pain instead of running from it, and to learn how to truly live. The staff at Trinity made me feel comfortable in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. They didn’t just treat my symptoms they cared about me. Their warmth, patience, and compassion gave me the safety to open up and start facing the things I had buried for years. Every single person there helped me feel like I wasn’t alone in my journey… The trauma work changed everything for me. It helped me finally release so much of the pain I’d been carrying. DBT gave me tools to calm my mind and regulate my emotions when everything felt too heavy. And the group sessions showed me that healing happens in connection that we’re not meant to do this alone. When I first arrived, I was numb and afraid. Now, I feel alive again. I still have work to do, but I have hope and that’s something I hadn’t felt in a long time. I’ve learned to love parts of myself I used to hate. I’ve learned that healing isn’t easy, but it’s possible. And that feels like a miracle. If your hesitant or scared to get treatment don’t be walking through those doors was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Trinity isn’t just a program it’s a place of healing, understanding, and love. If you’re hesitant, just know that you deserve help, and you deserve to feel better. You are not broken beyond repair. Im taking with me the belief that I am worthy, worthy of love, healing, and a peaceful life. I’ll carry the strength I found here and the reminder that even on the hard days, I’m not the person I used to be. Trinity gave me the courage to start over, and that’s something I’ll hold to forever. I would highly recommend Trinity to everyone…Trinity gave me back my life, and I would recommend it to anyone who’s ready to find themselves again whether you’re coming alone or as a couple. It’s a place that helps you rediscover hope, rebuild trust, and remember that healing is possible.

  What brought me to treatment was my addiction to alcohol and my behavior problems I really enjoyed the staff here they were very respectful and kind. I really liked my therapist Jon he was awesome he liked art just like me my favorite thing was art therapy I feel a whole lot better now then when I first started and I feel as if I can continue staying sober in fact I enjoy being sober. I would tell anyone who needs help that this is the best place for treatment I really enjoyed it here it worked for me it will work for you too if you really want it . One thing I take with me from this place is the coping skills to be able to control cravings anger different emotions. I would definitely recommend trinity to couples and to individuals.

  What brought me to trinity was my addiction and mental health problems so that's what I came to work on. What I appreciated most about the staff and program was how they worked hard to get to the root of the problem and properly diagnose my mental health issues so that I could have a better understanding of my addiction It's hard to choose just one specific group or therapist or session because every approach Trinity comes at you with is truly worthy and sure to break through years of trama I loved the DBT especially ❤️ When I first came into treatment I was merely existing..Trinity showed me how to live again. I encourage anyone struggling with substance abuse disorder or mental health disorder to just give trinity a chance to change your live the way they have changed mine One thing I'll take with me from trinity is a new beginning I most definitely recommend trinity to anyone else struggling especially to couples, because of trinity my husband and I have a 2nd chance at a new beginning.

  Trinity behavioral health is the best place to start your sober journey! With great staff who help every step of the way. I came to the program with nothing and left with everything I need to begin my new sober life. They work with you through all your ups and downs. I couldn't be more thankful for Trinity and all there staff!
