I was told that because I have insurance, X-rays were required to bill my insurance, and that I would receive a cleaning the same day. I arrived on time and completed the X-rays. After already waiting a long time, a staff member came in to do a very rushed polish. Several of my teeth were not even polished, and it was clear she was in a hurry. Immediately after, I was left waiting another 45 minutes. I was then told there was a delay because there was no hygienist working that day, and that I would need to wait for the doctor. When I asked for an estimated time, they were unable to provide any ETA at all. After spending well over an hour at the clinic, dealing with staff who had an attitude, and still not receiving the proper cleaning I scheduled, I decided to leave and contact my insurance. Despite this, they still charged for the X-rays. I spoke with the office manager, Erika, but the situation was handled very unprofessionally. I would advise future patients to proceed with caution and confirm staffing before scheduling.
