- WWWarrenDec 7, 20251.0My girlfriend had an appointment there today and we arrived about five minutes early.… we waited roughly 30 minutes past when her appointment was scheduled before they finally called her. With her being on the spectrum on top of that they have this stupid policy that prevents anyone from going with her therefore causing her even more anxiety and stress on top of wasting our time this really hurt us especially since my girlfriend has autism she needs a support person with her at all times and this policy is pretty much discrimination against her and other like her. When we asked to see this policy they refused and never showed it to us. Bottom line is this was a waste of our time and we were treated poorly and disrespected I’d choose 0 stars but I have to at least do one

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, service is very fast and efficient, and I’ve never waited longer than 10 min to be seen— even as a walk in. Hands down the best PPH clinic I’ve been to, and I’ve visited multiple locations in multiple counties. Special shout out to one of the staff members Salud: she made my recent visit very pleasant, was very kind, and big compliments to her skills. Her blood draw was the smoothest I’ve ever had done, and she made it very comfortable (as someone with needle anxiety). Thank you to Salud and the rest of the staff at this location. Never a bad experience :)
