I literally walked out the door after 1 hour and 27 minutes. I don't know how you get any better than that. When you go to Concentra there's usually a ton of people and it baffles me every time how quickly the Concentra staff get you in and get you out of there. They are extremely efficient at what they do and do a phenomenal job of putting you at ease because let's face it you are in a medical center where you hope everything is working right with your body. I felt like everybody was extremely informative as it pertained to any questions I had and everybody was extremely helpful making sure I had all the proper paperwork to bring back to my employer and also to take to the DMV. Concentra is easily one of the best businesses I've ever gone to where you see competence at its finest. The main doctor gets you in and out of there and answers any questions that you have and the rest of the staff seems to just follow that same protocol. It's never an experience that I look forward to doing but I'm always blown away at how fast I am in and out of there and I leave with all the knowledge that I need to give my job in the DMV when I exit. I appreciate everybody that works there for making my life just a little bit easier.
