It is a waste of an entire day. Very unorganized & the staff do not conference about patients. You see at least 2-3 different medical employees & they do not know who they are treating because they see a large number of patients for the amount of staff they have. Even when you advocate for yourself to not get a TB skin test the main provider will still want you to get it.
I had inflammation immediately after the serum was injected in & another physician stated for me to get the x-ray done but I was told to leave & come back in 48-72 hours.
Now that area is swollen, blistering & I have a really had headache & have a fever.
I called & they said to go to the ER & come back the next day.
Definitely not a good place to go if they do not listen to their patients.

The PA I saw for my initial exam was attentive, but the Doctor I saw a week later never gave me the results of my xray, read the EMG report, never even opened my chart. Also, NEVER touched me for check up of the swelling of my tendons or muscles in my hands or shoulder. Just said "move this way, bend your arm-you're okay continue with treatment". 5 minutes and walked out. The best thing about it is the Physical Therapy Department....They get 4 stars!

Broke my ankle. 1st visit the lady doctor gave me an ice pack, compression sleeve, and Tylenol. Honestly if I went to the military doctor they would just give me Tylenol, so at least I got the other stuff.
Had to order a boot off Amazon for my ankle.
The 2nd visit the guy doctor was pissed that they did not give me crutches and a boot, because the x rays pictures show I broke my ankle.
My 3rd visit i didn't even see the doctor. The week beforehand 3rd visit they texted me and said appointment is at 9:45am. The day before visit they called and said it's at 9:15am. I got there at 9:10am and the gossip driven receptionist laughed when I told her that they called and told me the appointment is at 9:15am. I waited till 10:10am to even get into the room. 10:30am I walked out and told them to call me for a rescheduled. Im trying to get cleared for work and all the RECEPTIONISTS care about is stupid gossip that needs to be left outside by the front door. All the nurses where pissed due to the work load the receptionist caused.

My experience there was simply aweful, not from anyone else but from the doctor Sixta Garcia, the moment she walked in the room, she had on her face this look that she despised me, she didn't want to hear about my injury, she hardly check or inspected the pain I was going through, down played my injury on paper, then sent me on my way to PT. I should of listened to my instincts and gone to a different facility and not the one my job company insisted. They closed my case knowing well that during my time of physical therapy there my pain was legitimate. I stopped going there because I thought if they are saying I got only 1 more appointment with the doctor, I'll come back later once my 12 weeks program gets closer to an end.
I work a 10 hour shift and they tried booking me an appointment with that doctor at 10am then later on physical therapy at around 1 or 2. I am then suppose to go to work and deal with a 10 hr shift while all on injury. I am sorry but she's a terrible person. I did absolutely nothing to her. It's experience like this you lose complete trust in people.
