  Every time I’ve made an appointment they take their walk ins first and have the appointments wait at least about an hour to see a provider they said there’s different providers so every provider is different and some make take longer than others but if that’s the case I feel providers should help out each other so they don’t back track patients and take WALK INS 1st and prioritize there appointments 1st making it unfair for the people who been waiting for about an hour in the lobby it’s not my 1st experience that they do this to me so it’s upsetting and unprofessional to me.

  I NEVER write reviews but i’ve been having some concerning reproductive health issues that keep getting written off and passed onto other doctors who don’t have availability and so finally while waiting for a doctor to have availability i booked an appointment with planned parenthood. i have severe anxiety so it’s hard for me to feel comfortable in any medical setting, as soon as i walked in the women at the front desk greeted me with an honest warm welcome which instantly eased my anxiety a good amount. When i got to the back, they let me fully explain my situation without interruption or belittling my symptoms. They were honest from the jump, they are very limited on what they can do but they did everything they could for me. They also explained in detail what i could be dealing with but they did it with compassion which is something i haven’t been given a lot of since this medical mystery has started. When i told the er that i went to for this issue what was happening they didn’t even want to believe me until i pulled out pictures and even then it was a tense setting. but the medical assistant here didn’t even doubt me or try to downplay it. she listened. i didn’t get the answer today after everything it could be came back negative, but they gave me advice on how to try to ease my symptoms until i’m able to get into a specialist. as soon as they left the room i cried because ive been turned away or left with no advice and no answer for months now but i felt heard for the first time in awhile here and it was overwhelming so i cried and let it all out. The women here tried and i could tell they wanted to have an answer for me but just couldn’t and that’s okay, i have a strange body that’s acting up and ill get the answer soon enough but the fact that they were able to try to get me relief and not just shove me to the next place with no answers was so important to me. Long story short, the people who work in this clinic are nothing short of outstanding.

  I just had the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I needed my birth control implant removed and it was so difficult so get an appointment through my normal provider so I tried Planned Parenthood. I was able to get an appointment same day. Everyone was so nice including the receptionists, medical assistant, and doctor. I saw Dr. Spring and she made me feel so comfortable, really listened to what I was telling her, and answered all my questions. Not only did I get my birth control implant plant removed same day but I feel like I have all the knowledge I need for starting/stopping birth control in the future. All of this would take months and lots of frustration to get through my normal provider. Definitely recommend for women’s health!!

  Such a spacious and helpful clinic. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional about their patients. And in the interior of the building is wonderful!!

  I cannot say enough about the incredible care I received. I especially want to recognize Christine and Kate. They are truly the epitome of what it means to care about patients. Their compassion, professionalism, and kindness went far beyond my expectations. They not only made sure my needs were met but also took the extra time to comfort me and make me feel at ease during the process. It’s rare to find people who combine such genuine warmth with outstanding skill, and I am so grateful for all they did. Christine and Kate are absolute treasures, and this experience has left me feeling both cared for and valued. Can’t recommend them enough for any of your needs!!
