The “2 for $79.99” deal is misleading — almost none of the glasses actually qualify. They also added an unexpected $40 charge for a different type of exam that was never properly explained. When I asked for my partner’s full prescription, including the pupillary distance (PD), Lilly said it wasn’t included — even though it was clearly written on the paper. When I questioned her, she said “because it wasn’t divided,” which made no sense and felt like an attempt to confuse us about ordering glasses online. I’ve bought glasses online before, and the PD is always included in prescriptions if you ask. Lilly was defensive, unprofessional, and even held the prescription against her chest to keep me from seeing it. It felt like she was deliberately withholding information because we didn’t plan to buy glasses there. We ended up paying $120 for an exam and no glasses. I’ve never had an experience this uncomfortable or unprofessional at an eye doctor. Think twice before going here.
