- KBKrystal BrambilaDec 29, 20252.0The ladies in scrubs or whatever gray uniform they’re wearing are not personable at all. They speak like they’re regurgitating a memorized script. My appointment was at 2pm and it took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Then finally they called me back up, hoping it was for my prescription, but no. It was to inform me that I need to create an account for them to access my benefits. They let me know this at 3:30pm; 1.5 hours after I arrived and filled out my check in paperwork. The only one who was helpful was a man who I believe was the sales manager; he was able to assist and get me out of there quickly. Overall so annoying at how long it all took and I was not the only one who was waiting there for that long.

My teenager lost her glasses and we needed another pair as quickly as possible. With a prescription from a different doctor in hand we decided to check them out. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Seth was absolutely amazing. We were in and out with a new pair of cute high quality glasses in less than an hour. We left so happy! Our whole family will be going back for new glasses soon.

- JBJazmyn BritzNov 27, 20252.0Went in not wanting to purchase glasses since it’s not in my budget (I did go in knowing there would be an attempt to get me to purchase some, this was not the problem) I was told after the exam that my insurance was not contracted with them and I would have to pay $80 for the exam out of pocket by Lillian (or Liliana). When I asked why I would be paying the $80 and my ive never had an issue not getting glasses she then stated ‘the rules recently changed’. They should’ve told me BEFORE my exam that I would be paying out of pocket (since they checked my insurance) Then I was told my insurance was only going to cover the cost if I purchased glasses plus my insurance would freeze until the next calendar year and was then told it would be $60 to buy the glasses. I opted to save $20 then was switched to a different employee who told me my insurance IS contracted and it would be $10 to pay for the exam. A third employee helped me and said the same, $10 for my appointment and then $10 for glasses. I don’t appreciate being lied to as someone who didn’t have a lot of money and felt I was being taken advantage of because I’m young and they assume I’m going to just pay was they tell me to. I will not be coming back. Forcing someone to purchase glasses is extremely disappointing. Not everyone can afford to purchase glasses immediately. I did appreciate the last employee who corrected all the mistakes. I am not one to complain but this was a terrible experience for me.
