The staff was extremely polite and respectful throughout my visit. The front desk ladies and assistants took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Although I didn’t feel emotionally supported or truly heard by the doctor who seemed somewhat indifferent to my concerns, the staff made sure I didn’t leave feeling dismissed or ignored. Their kindness and professionalism helped me walk out with some dignity, and for that, I’m grateful. It's clear that the staff cares, even if the provider fell short in showing empathy.

Don't recommend anyone ever going here. Dr was completely rude and condescending and has no compassion for patient. He wants to scold his patients to feel superior especially for other patients to hear because he stood at the door as he continued to scold me. Dr stated I should lower my standards of what doctors can do for pain, and we all live with some pain of some type and proceeded to compare my pain with his coluege. I'm not sure wat he made him choose to be a Dr because helping people was definitely NOT RECEIVED HERE. NOT EVEN AFTER I FELL OUTSIDE THEIR FECILITY AND SCRAPED MY KNEE. Was there any concerns for my well being. This Dr will will treat you like a junky right off top.

Unprofessional and overbooking over 15 people at the same time with only one provider , mind you the waiting room has 6 chairs . U can smell everyone and you are elbow to elbow with everyone , they have u waiting 45+ mins even if u arrive early to ur scheduled appointment . They forget about you in the room and not only that the provider only talks to u for a minute and then tells u to go , don’t recommend at all

Worst place i’ve ever been to. So unprofessional and the attitude the front desk girls were giving me was unacceptable. We were very patient even though they were an hour behind schedule. Not ok. Wish i could give 0 stars.
