The front desk ladies and assistants took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Although I didn’t feel emotionally supported or truly heard by the doctor who seemed somewhat indifferent to my concerns, the staff made sure I didn’t leave feeling dismissed or ignored. Their kindness and professionalism helped me walk out with some dignity, and for that, I’m grateful. It's clear that the staff cares, even if the provider fell short in showing empathy.
