- JCJaxx CortesNov 14, 20251.0My son and I waited a whole Month for this appointment I even asked them to run my insurance prior and they said we were fine! We get to our appointment and they tell us they can’t take us in because our insurance is out of network! I have Bluecross blue shield ppo provided by teamsters of California but because the address on the back of the card says “phoenix Az” she didn’t even bother running our insurance mind you we have lived out whole life in California and this insurance was provided in California! Such a waist of time and drive! I even called one day before to make sure everything was ok and they said yes! Both my son and I lost a day of work and school! And they couldn’t even give me a doctors note because we didn’t get seen!
- AFAndrew FermOct 28, 20251.0Avoid this place! If you’re here for Dermatology you will NEVER be able to see an MD. Their physicians assistant will be the only one you ever see. He also performs the surgeries with no MD oversight. Expect to wait over an hour to be seen for your appointment. The office is filthy. I regret entering this facility, they are not in the business of healthcare. You are nothing more than a dollar here.

When he heard me and my daughter speak Arabic he told me do not speak Arabic and I will redirect your daughter to difficult doctor. He looks annoyed although my talking to calm my daughter because he started to work on her foot without anaesthetic. He did not complete her foot. He left the room without any care to my daughter. Just I asked the nurse to put bandage over. Not recommended.
