I had to wait 1.45hrs to see then specialist. 15 minutes is all she spent with me. If she’s slow, sorry, thorough, with other patients why not schedule one patient per hour? It’s a disservice and disrespect to the patients. Just because they’re stuck in that office from 8-5, doesn’t mean we should as well. These clinics are run worse than a VA, or DMV. Avoid CONCENTRA!!!!! Worse experience of my life. When I shared these thoughts with the dr, she said “Oh, no worries.”
