  me and my son recently came in for our annual cleaning and exam. Thankfully no cavities for the both of us. Dr. Chung did our cleaning and he is a very funny and gentle doctor. Thank you!

  Worst dentist experience of my life. While the staff there is nice, there are no dentists in this office. They put you in a phone booth with an iPad to talk to a administrator over zoom and then you see a dentist over zoom. No one has any idea what actually happened during your visit and you feel like a piece of cattle that is being processed at the lowest possible cost. Do not go here if you want comprehensive compassionate care. Come here if you want the dental equivalent of ordering on a touch screen at McDonald's and they somehow still get your order wrong.

  Today they did a good job other than the fact that they didn’t have the correct tool for the type of implant that I had so that they could tighten it. I will have to go elsewhere and find someone to tighten my crown on my implant. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

  My wife's appointment was canceled only 2 hrs before, so by Zakś rules if the customer cancel appointment a day before he must pay $50 fee, so it would be only logical, they should apply the same rule to themself. She asked for those $50 and was agreed on it, but never being paid off, only excuses and passing buck from one person to another. this is now over two months ago. Such behavior is un-business like, unfair.

  Fully disappointed in the team here. They did not perform well, avoided contact for weeks afterwards and then kept the money that we prepay for work that was not completed, meaning I am out of $700 with bad work being done in my body. I came in to have a tooth prepared for a crown. One team sees you, a remote team recommends treatment and upsells, and another dentist you've never met does the actual work. When it came time to do the work, an new assistant was there to help. She had trouble performing her duties, and I was swallowing copious amounts of liquid while they worked on my teeth making it hard to breathe. The dentist himself made an offhand comment not complimenting her work. The dentist then said he couldn't do everything well due to my mouth being "too wet," taking no responsibility whatsoever. While fitting my temporary crown, the women were gossiping how customers had come in with this exact type of crown complaining that it had fallen off. Very unprofessional. Well after the fitting, my tooth was in immense pain, because it turns out they had set it too high, and withbmy bite i was inflaming the roots from the constant pressure. I contact the team to stop treatment and cut off the relationship there. They tell me they will review ASAP. I called back for 4 weeks with the same response. Nothing. They even forgot to cancel my appointment. Finally I called on week 4, they finally get a response. And the response is, there is nothing we can do. We're keeping the money that the insurance won't payout because the work wasn't completed. Why would I continue work if their past work is any indication of how they operate? Avoid this place at all coss. Go to a local dentists where the team is there to service you, not treat you as a liability they have to cover.
