I looked to them as a last resort to refill my medications after years at my old provider, now I’m wondering why I didn’t go to Planned Parenthood sooner. Out of pocket cost with no insurance was a fraction of what I expected ($150 out the door including hormone panel), and I had a better experience here than I had at the providers who boast their “#1 gender healthcare.” Lovely staff, great bedside manner, clean+well equipped facility :) planned parenthood took a lot of stress off my shoulders today knowing that I have a consistent source of medication and blood testing even if I don’t have insurance at the moment.

Hours listed online, on the door of the location and when called were apparently wrong so I showed up at 8:00am as was stated but they didn't actually open until 8:30. When I did get in at 8:30 as a walk in for UTI, receptionist told me their provider hadn't shown up yet so they weren't taking walk-ins today. This was the only place open on Saturday that could take my insurance, so i ended up going to another urgent care and paying $200 for the service. Waste of my time and money for their disorganization!
- SSSherylMar 21, 20231.0TERRIBLE!!! I was a patient here Ralston Ave Ventura and it was AWFUL. Like cattle being marched thru: girls lined up before, after & next to you. Pain was SEVERE yet they kicked me out to hurridly make room for the next. Took me many years to get over the trauma!! Regret, remorse!! 💔😥
