- MSM ScottJul 26, 20251.0Terribly unorganized. Hours listed online, on the door of the location and when called were apparently wrong so I showed up at 8:00am as was stated but they didn't actually open until 8:30. When I did get in at 8:30 as a walk in for UTI, receptionist told me their provider hadn't shown up yet so they weren't taking walk-ins today. This was the only place open on Saturday that could take my insurance, so i ended up going to another urgent care and paying $200 for the service. Waste of my time and money for their disorganization!

From start to finish, I felt seen, supported, and genuinely cared for — not just as a patient, but as a whole person. I was SO nervous going into this appointment, especially after being on birth control for so long to then switch to an IUD, but the entire team made this such a positive, empowering experience. It was truly one of the most respectful and affirming healthcare visits I’ve ever had. Thank you to all of the staff here! You all are awesome and care about your work. I truly felt it.

Pain was SEVERE yet they kicked me out to hurridly make room for the next. Took me many years to get over the trauma!! Regret, remorse!! 💔😥

When I asked for a source for the updated research she said, "It's fda approved so you can google it." So I DID and according to their own website it lasts 3 years...?
