We didn’t go right away since the night before we were up til 2 am @ the ER, we went as soon as we were able to. He went dropped it off with front desk since the provider said its was fine just leave them in the front I’ll review it then. Now they are asking him to go and request his discharge paperwork again keep in mind it’s the holiday season we shouldn’t have to be worrying about this on top of the holidays. I work in the medical field as well this is coming from an RNs POV, the lack of empathy and compassion when it comes to patient care.

About 30 minutes due to the fact that there was no line and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. I walked up to the front desk and asked them if they had checked in both women looked at each And realized they had not checked in at all. During this visit, I also had my toddler with me and I guess I expected them to try to get me out early as possible since I had a toddler with me, but that was not the case. My test literally took three minutes to conduct and I waited an hour and a half for three minutes. Horrible service
