Both for any urgent care and our check ups, blood work etc. Everyone is top notch they are warm, listen, dont rush, are honest and always give diff options and talk to you openly. I appreciate SCV Quality Care! We are blessed to have them! Thank you all.

- JJJenniferJul 1, 20251.0The nurse practitioner I saw more than once neglected to put a health issue in my chart and refused to put in a refill for my inhaler. I had to go to the office only to be told their last patient is at 4:30 even though I called that day and was not given that information. I was told to go to another urgent care. Only after I stated this was not good medical care did the doctor pull me in. It was obvious he was angry as his hands were shaking. I told him I'm sure you can understand how I'm feeling. His response: "No I can't." I would be hard pressed to use this facility again.

She does not listen to her patients and speaks to them like she thinks they're stupid or overreacting. Extremely judgmental, demeaning, and rude. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical behavior from someone whose JOB it is to care for others. These are the kinds of people that give drs a bad name and makes them avoid getting care until it is too late. If you value your health or your loved ones health, do not see her.
