An hour later I had not been seen by the doctor and told there were two people ahead of me. I ask to reschedule. One staff member says, well, if she leaves it will be reported As a no show To her employer. She has to be seen today. I'm stand in front of them. I'm told the rules of worker's comp and why I can't and shouldn't reschedule. After that great debate I was rescheduled. Getting paperwork to reflect I was there was a different debate for the one staff member because I wasn't seen by the doctor. I cannot check in an hour late and expect to be seen. "We have One doctor and he's running behind." URGENT care with one doctor? I definitely called my employer. You can argue with someone different. Sometimes, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. The physical therapists were good, but my time is too valuable for this inefficiency. This was my second visit with basically the same disregard of my time.
