  I came for a follow up appointment where I was told I was going to have two separate treatments. When I got in with nurse was told they can not bill 2 treatments in single visit. I was there for women preventive care exam ( pap and breast exam) and removal of polyp. When Susan Gibson clinician came in she was annoyed that I had questions. Rolled her eyes when I had more questions. I was told I had to choose between removal of polyp or preventive exam. When I asked if I could pay for one of the procedure out of pocket because I had to drive 2 hours to get care and that I had to take off work and they have very limited hours I was reprimanded and told that would be "illegal". I was then instructed to take all my clothes off after deciding to choose preventive exam. After breast exam Ms. Gibson told me to put all my clothes back on. I asked about the pap smear and she informed me I need to schedule another appointment for that! Of all my years of being a patient of PPH I have never NOT had both pap smear and breast exam. I have never had a worse expereince then what I experienced with Susan Gibson. Her communication skills are sub par and unprofessional. I was refused total care for my appointment and was reprimanded for asking questions. If you go to this location DO NOT see this woman! Completely out of touch, poor communication and an attitude. She is definitely in the wrong profession. Everyone else I have interacted with were very kind. Perhaps they try to get as many office visits as possible to remain open however this is very difficult for working people in a large rural area. DO BETTER

  My little sister had to come here to get a confirmation on pregnancy these are the absolute worst people To go to DO NOT GO SEE THE RUDE INCONSIDERATE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. Please save yourself the time and go see someone who cares.

  The staff there is the sweetest! Was terrified of getting my finger pricked (I have a huge fear of needles) and they helped me through it very sweetly. The lady with the blonde curly hair is literally the nicest person I've ever met, its never awkward or anything like that.

  Wasn't akwarf at all. They helped me and we're really nice. The doctor even checked my anemia for me.
