I met Eric at a work conference. Since that day, he sparked an interesting thought into my head about getting my testosterone levels checked. When I went in for the first time, the process was simple. The staff made everything a breeze, and Eric was right there to ensure everything was going smooth and the way it should. If anyone is on the fence about TRT, I would highly recommend GameDay in Tustin due to the amazing staff. The nurses are one of the best around, and do the job so well— specifically Amaya. She was very detailed in ensuring I was comfortable with my take-home kit and even went out her way to show me how to properly administer my own TRT. Every time I go into this facility Amaya is quick and diligent with my blood draws, making trips into the facility a breeze. The PA Sarah is straightforward and upfront about everything. Overall, I rate this location a 5/5 stars or their professionalism, cleanliness, transparency, and willingness to ensure that you are feeling the way you were meant to feel— Optimized. Thank you GameDay for helping me get back on track. I know feel much healthier, stronger, and confident with myself.
I can’t say enough great things about Gameday Men’s Health in Tustin — this place truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of care.
From the moment you walk in, Darcy at the front desk makes the experience seamless. She’s not only incredibly welcoming and friendly, but also super responsive and helpful with scheduling, follow-ups, and answering any questions. It’s rare to find someone so consistently on top of things — she’s a total rockstar.
Eric, the owner, is genuinely passionate about what he does. What stood out to me is that he doesn't just focus on prescriptions — he takes the time to talk through lifestyle routines, fitness, and overall health. That holistic approach really sets Gameday apart. You can tell he cares deeply about his clients’ long-term well-being, not just short-term fixes.
And then there's Sara, who brings next-level medical expertise. She’s sharp, thorough, and clearly knows her stuff. I felt completely confident in the treatment plan she helped put together — she took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable at every step.
This is a top-tier clinic run by a team that truly cares. Highly recommend to any guy looking to take their health seriously with people who are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in your success.

This review is long, but is worth your health, money, and time - so please read if it you are considering this clinic. You will find out why other reviews are deceptive. Spoiler: They offer you free stuff to leave positive reviews! Also some of these reviews are clearly botted. A story of Bad side effects, poorly sourced test, dangerous injecting practices.
The staff at the front were awesome, but the clinic itself was disorganized, unsanitary, and lacked professionalism. I sent 5 emails over 1 week with no reply. When I reached the owner, he avoided all accountability. I mean seriously this guy dodged accountability like it was a dodgeball tournament.
I showed him a screenshot of my unanswered messages, and he ignored it, said “meant nothing” and were just “subject headlines.” During the call, he kept pointing out how long we’d been speaking (“10 minutes… 20 minutes…”), as if his time was more valuable than resolving a patient's concern. He raised his voice and had an irritated tone the whole time.
At my first visit, they injected me with 200 mg of testosterone right after my consultation—before any legitimate lab results came back. The only test done was a quick in house testosterone test after noon and not fasting, which doesn’t meet medical guidelines. I told them I have a arrhythmia, and when later labs showed high triglycerides, they still continued treatment. They also don't test your official testosterone with a lab for your first set of labs, so you can’t use it to change clinics, or use it for insurance to cover it, very manipulative as rapid tests are not accepted anywhere to transfer care.
I had 140 test, so i would have been able to use insurance to get free TRT basically if they did an official lab test which they told me they would, but did not. Keep in mind, they also accept guys with 700+ test. I weigh 147lbs, and several times the staff didn’t even seem sure of my dosage. When I missed one week for travel, they thought I’d missed two. They also refused to provide the at home kit option they originally promised, where I’d be given the testosterone vials, syringes, and alcohol swabs to self-administer responsibly- I asked for this before travel so I wouldn't miss a dose. I even noticed the testosterone in my syringes looked different between visits yellow or clear, and one injection was given without cleaning the area with alcohol — a basic safety step that should never be skipped. So why promise “At-home kits” to get me to sign up then not deliver on that promise when I paid for it.
I said I’d pause my subscription but I’d like the injections that I missed, but they said once the subscription is paused I can’t get those missed injections. Their excuse was “drug-seeking behavior” saying I’d overdose myself or abuse it. Why would I disclose my cardiac complications if all I want is to abuse testosterone? I get my bloodwork done extensively at HOAG and UCI every other month, as well as extensive cardiac work up. Why wouldn't I just go to an online clinic if that were the case, they are much more flexible. I wanted safe, sanitary, well guided care.
Cost wasn’t my main concern, but it’s worth noting that you’re paying several hundreds per month for disorganized care, slow communication, and questionable safety practices. The front desk team tried their best, but leadership and medical oversight were severely lacking. The owner’s dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility were the final red flags. I
I’d strongly recommend finding another TRT clinic in Orange County or Online, that values patient safety, communication, and professionalism. Please remember the testosterone is costing these clinics like 5-10$ per week for your injections, you’re paying for customer service, organization, and guidance - which this clinic lacks significantly. I also had weird side effects from some of the injections, serious ones, and have heard some questionable things about the sourcing of the product from other credible sources, please be safe with what you put in your body.
