They both welcomed me in the store and then got to work helping me with exactly what I needed right away. Some places you go to feel really black and white as if the staff is thinking “I just work here, I don’t care” but that is the complete opposite of how I felt going here. I’ll definitely be back any time I want a good experience, accurate prescriptions, cute glasses (thank you Hailey!), and reliable prices!

Initially, they offered to accommodate in-network benefits despite being out of network, which was a positive sign. However, after reviewing their selection of glasses, I was left feeling underwhelmed by both the styles and the quality of materials, leading me to explore other options. I was disappointed to learn that their office policy restricts billing my insurance for a $79 charge. It seemed like they only bill insurance when it suits them, which was frustrating. My checkout experience could have been better, as the sales associate was unable to provide notes from my exam, stating, “If the doctor had something, they would have added notes.” When I asked for my chart, she mentioned it would take a few weeks to obtain. While I don't hold the employees accountable for this experience, I believe the issues stem from their business model. This place is for you if; *Want a quick way to get prescriptions without any meaningful engagement from a physician. *Cost friendly glasses Overall- not for me.

Last time I came in I bought 2 pairs of glasses for their mid-tier deal, (I think it was eye exam+glasses for $129) and they have tons of extra hidden fees for lenses, etc. I ended up paying over $300 for the 2 pairs. This time I went in for contacts and they have another $160 for eye exam and a year supply of contacts deal. Both pairs of contacts they offered me were over $300 for a 6 month supply? I ended up paying $389 for a 6 month pair of contacts and they charged for the eye exam. I think next time I will just make an appointment and wait and go to Walmart; my husband got his eye exam and 1 year supply of contacts for $179 there without insurance! Like I said, the staff are very friendly, but this place is only good if you need something ASAP and want to walk in or get a same day appointment. Also, don’t believe the advertised prices!
