I explained that I am moving and they refused to cancel my membership because they need a manager, which I believe is a lie and they did not give me any type of help or assistance or further direction and I can get this canceled so I do not recommend signing up here and hopefully this helps making your decision to join Gym.

I signed up for one month only and made that clear from the start. I cancelled immediately, yet they continued charging my card without authorization. When I called, they claimed cancellation must be done by email. I followed their instructions and sent the email, but they still kept billing me. Even after multiple calls and written requests to stop all charges, they continue withdrawing money from my account. This violates consumer rights and may constitute unauthorized billing and deceptive business practices. If this is not immediately resolved, I will report this to the authorities and file formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. Scam alert: Save your time, money, and stress — stay far away from this place.
