  My wife had first utilized caregiver services from Millennia in the early 2000s for my aging in-laws. They provided companionship along with light housekeeping duties and helped prepare meals. When my mother began showing signs of dementia in 2021 we needed caregivers who spoke Japanese since that is her primary language. Initially they provided companionship and assisted with cooking and housekeeping mainly in the morning hours. As her dementia worsened we required more hours of caregiving and by late 2022 she needed around-the-clock coverage. We have found Millennia's caregivers to be very patient, kind and thoughtful in their approach with my mother. Her dementia can cause her to be very stubborn and at times difficult. Communication between the caregivers and their supervisor is very seamless and when changes to the schedule or other matters regarding her care arise, we have been quickly notified and advised. My primary contact at Millennia is Yukari Roberts who has a vast knowledge and expertise regarding caregiving for our aging relatives. Her knowledge and understanding has been key in our journey with my in-laws and my mother. The strength in this company lies in their skilled caregivers and the communication with their support staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Millennia to anyone who is in need of their services. They are very thorough in their assessment of the client's needs and match that with very caring and kind caregivers.

  Millennia is the best caregiving organization we have experienced with the highest quality caregivers. We have used Millennia for 6 years and their loving care has improved the quality of life for our 100 year old Mom! The caregivers are incredible - kind, loving, trustworthy, hardworking and deeply knowledgeable about elderly care. They are always on time and bring a sense of happiness as soon as they walk in the door. Additionally, all of them are bilingual (Japanese and English) and can cook both types of meals. As family members, it is a big relief knowing each caregiver is genuinely doing everything possible to make Mom happy and keeping the living environment nice. We cannot say enough about how grateful we are to have their help! The management and support personnel are also excellent. We found them to be flexible with scheduling, able to find top caregivers and easy to work with. The billing is efficient and accurate. The health and well-being of Mom has been greatly enhanced because of Millennia's help. Thank you very much for everything you do and being a part of our family!

  Our family has used Millennia since 2016 and we most highly recommend them. Finding the right caregivers for a parent is difficult, even more so if it’s for someone declining from dementia. The added challenge has been to find capable caregivers who could speak Japanese, as our mother reverted to her language of origin. Millennia has continually risen to the task for us, always finding exceptional caregivers who match well with our mother’s changing needs and who take wonderful care of her, better than we could ourselves. They have an excellent, experienced administrative staff - professional, responsive and knowledgeable while also very kind and supportive. We’re thankful that their great caregivers made it possible for our mother to continue living at home. Over the years we’ve had to use other agencies as well but for us Millennia has been the gold standard in caregiving service.

  It is a pleasure working with the staff of Millennia. Their expertise and guidance in assisting with my mother's daily life activities are greatly appreciated. The professional team of Millennia are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, respectful and trust worthy care. And it is a comforting bonus that their entire staff can speak Japanese. Yukari Roberts and Naomi Yoshida have been of tremendous help during this transition of my mother's later years. I highly recommend working with this outstanding team of professionals.
