  I had a very positive experience at Concentra. From check-in to check-out, the staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. The wait time was reasonable, the facility was clean and organized, and the doctor was knowledgeable and attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience I’d absolutely return if needed.

  12/29/2025 I am rating this as only a 1 because it will not let me post my Dr visit with with Dr. Bos as a 0, I’m very upset that this female (Dr. Bos) was so rude to me, I was referred to her because she is suppose to be a hand specialist, I’ve never seen her before, and after almost 2 yrs of the other Dr that I’m seeing finally referring me because apparently he is not a hand specialist, I have been in severe pain in both hands for several yrs and as I was sitting in her examination room in level 8 pain she tells me she doesn’t think I have what another doctor diagnosed me as having. She asked me to make a fist with both hands asked me a couple questions, I tried to answer and or show her some things, she said she didn’t want to see it and then when I asked her what she was looking for she said she was not going to give me a lesson on that and the way she said it to me insinuated that I was going to try to make something up (that’s the way she made me feel anyway) and then she dismissed me, she told me she didn’t know why they sent me to her because she could not help me, I at that time asked her if she was the hand specialist because I wasn’t sure who she was because she did not tell me who she was, she said yes she is and I told her I was there because I am having a lot of problems and pain with my hands and then again she said she could not help me so I left, I don’t know why she was so rude, I don’t know how she could say she doesn’t think I have what another doctor diagnosed me with without at least looking at MRI results or even looking at my history and all of the other tests I have already been given. Even if she feels I don’t have what the other Dr diagnosed me with, instead of saying I don’t think you have that, how come she couldn’t at least have said I’m not sure if it’s that but let me do some tests to find out for sure and let’s find out for sure what is going on. I mean how is she going to just dismiss me in that way without any explanation, I mean what kind of hand specialist is she, does she only work with one specialty or does she work with the entire hand, I don’t know because she didn’t explain anything to me, we could not have been in that room for more than 5 minutes and I felt like she had something out for me and was just refusing to assist me, it’s very upsetting because I have been suffering with this problem for years and for someone to treat me like that was very upsetting, psychologically as well, I mean the tests don’t lie and for her to treat me as if I was is very upsetting. This whole experience has been very disappointing, I don’t know why I expected so much more, I should have known better, I felt her very cold with no medical ethics nor compassion at all, although I would still appreciate some answers, if she is a hand specialist why couldn’t she help me or why doesn’t she want to help me, she would not give me any answers, please, at least give me some answers, or is there only a response when the post is a positive one?
