Unfortunately I have noticed though you can come in on time, but still not see your doctor. This can get frustrating as you can end up not having your medicine refilled in time, and some like prep take a month before kicking in. This is something I'm already dealing with running out of my meds. Now with all this said I do prefer them overall as they have been the only people to allow me to start estrogen to start my transition to non-binary. So yes it may be frustrating not seeing your doctor every appointment, but at the end of the day they are there to help you.
