I had an apt 2 weeks ago for an sti test & I just received the results, only to find out that my results could be inaccurate due to a mistake planned parenthood made. My apt was w a brand new nurse, she told me I was her first patient, I told her all the information she needed to know, everything completely truthful, but she neglected to tell me that I needed to wait 2 weeks before I took the test for it to be accurate. I had to pay $75 out of my own pocket for these tests that are now meaningless. Planned parenthood did not offer me my money back, nor did they offer to retest me for free. Their staff made a mistake & they're doing nothing to compensate for it. Completely unprofessional. Do not go here.
