- NANoemie AubeSep 24, 20241.0I have been trying to cancel my membership for three months and I have sent emails and made phone calls left voicemails, I even reached the receptionist who promised me they would cancel it as soon as the manager would come in… You guessed it right I got charged again this month and they never cancelled it. This has been the most frustrating experience of all time. They never answer the phone and the customer service is nonexistent. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER MY EMAILS??? Trying to contact them now via reviews since it affects them maybe they’ll finally get back to me. This is absolutely ridiculous.

There is so much joy and inclusion there, you can’t help but have fun when you ride. I told myself I was gonna ride a few times a month, and now I’m there multiple times a week. If you think you can’t ride, you’re wrong! Come try it out, do your best, and show up for you!
