Now I went for a randomized drug test and something else is broken, so I had to go somewhere else. Also, their medical release forms for workplace physicals and randomized drug testing are incredibly invasive. I'm coming in for a randomized drug test and was required to sign a form that gives them permission give my employer and insurance company my entire medical history including mental health records.

First I had to wait two hours to be seen by a doctor, but this is entirely understandable because I did not have an appointment and it was a Friday. My concerning issue is that the doctor i dealt with refused to put on my documents that I was unable to continue working in my condition. They put inaccurate information on my documents, that I had to submit ot my work to begin receiving workers compensation, but for the past week I have had to either leave work early or call out of work entirely, loosing money. This location or at least the doctor I dealt with will go to lengths to ensure you go back to work unless you are entirely bed ridden. Now I have to pay out of pocket for all the work I have been missing until I can get approval to see another doctor for a honest appraisal of my condition.
