  I went into the Sunnyvale concentra location to get care for my work place injury. First I had to wait two hours to be seen by a doctor, but this is entirely understandable because I did not have an appointment and it was a Friday. My concerning issue is that the doctor i dealt with refused to put on my documents that I was unable to continue working in my condition. They put inaccurate information on my documents, that I had to submit ot my work to begin receiving workers compensation, but for the past week I have had to either leave work early or call out of work entirely, loosing money. This location or at least the doctor I dealt with will go to lengths to ensure you go back to work unless you are entirely bed ridden. Now I have to pay out of pocket for all the work I have been missing until I can get approval to see another doctor for a honest appraisal of my condition.

  Insane wait times. Front staff were late opening the doors, late logging on to computers. Once I was finally seen by front staff she forgot to submit my file to the dr for nearly 45 mins, so I was waiting and waiting while staff skipped over me, not even knowing I was there. I then asked the front desk staff why such a small thing (vaccines) was taking so long and why so many people who arrived well after me were done. She lied to my face and the finally submitted my file (this was later revealed to me when I mentioned I waited over and hour and a half for vaccines and a tb test) the staff the mentioned to me that my file was submitted around 8:40 even though I was the third person in the doors that morning. I get they were busy but the whole experience felt unprofessional. I will be driving further out of my way to avoid this clinic at all costs

  The Dr in has absolutely no idea what was going on I was to see a surgeon for a surgery follow up. No surgeon, no explanation as to why, Office /Reception staff have been great. As well as nursing and PT staff. The two Drs I was seen by are awful and every step has taken weeks to months to get done. Still dealing with the claim from December of 25 BTW found out that the surgeon was fired. Horrible experience. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone
