- JBJelly BarraganNov 4, 20251.0I’ve been coming here for a while. I recently had issues with my glasses, I asked questions on my options. The women’s that are in front give misleading information I came back three separate times and they say something els and I ended up still getting no help. I used to go to DR.Bernards office but I believe he retired so patients were sent there instead so I gave it a chance but I will not continue going there now.
- SSSarimOct 2, 20251.0Theres a reason folks this place has 2.5 stars and maybe one of them is because they don't accept walk ins (ok that's their right) although in my opinion that's doing a disservice to the public and is it because they just stay so busy? With 2.5 stars? Which brings me to my second complaint: so I wanted to schedule a appt and the next one was 25 days later almost a month away! c'mon who you guys trying to kid? ppl please stay away and take your business elsewhere and don't give this place the opportunity to show you why they have amassed a measly 2.5 stars thank you
- TJTaliah JonesJan 20, 20255.0So to start off I was skeptical about this place due to all the negative reviews. But I can say my experience was nothing like others, it was positive. My original appointment was months out which was a little irritating but due to my insurance it was to be expected. I called to see if they had a wait list for cancelation and they told me I could just call in the mornings daily to see if anyone has canceled. Well one of the receptionist called me and had a sooner appt which I was thankful because my original appointment was months out and needed new glasses since my old one's from years ago broke and needed a new eye exam. Fast forward to my appointment the receptionist, Mariana was really professional and respectful she kept me informed on the wait time to see the doctor. Once I was seen by the doctor who was fast but efficient, I think he is just very busy, I went with another staff named Susi who was wonderful, very nice, and very informative about the fitting of glasses. She made sure to show me the glasses covered by insurance and how the glasses should fit and certain features of the glasses and how it should fit my face, which other optometry places have never done ever. So I really appreciated her for that. I can't speak for others but I had positive experience.
