I persnally prefer a place that would help me pick out my glasses because the lady was no help she just told me that's what u were suppose to do pick out ure glasses I was unsure what to get but bc I really needed them I wanted to get it over with. I was also interested in a pair of glasses but the lady told me that they were expensive.... I genuinely prefer a place where they help you pick out the right pair and explain the best type of lenses u could use. But I do give it props for being easy to make appointments

It’s all done virtually, had I known that I would’ve never brought my child here in the first place . They don’t tell you or anything till you’re actually there . They put his prescription on hold & referred to me somewhere else anyways ! Ridiculous. I’d give them no stars if I could .
