- PPPearlsSep 19, 20252.02 out of 10 because I didn't know it was virtual I really didn't like the experience but I just wanted to get it over with. I persnally prefer a place that would help me pick out my glasses because the lady was no help she just told me that's what u were suppose to do pick out ure glasses I was unsure what to get but bc I really needed them I wanted to get it over with. I was also interested in a pair of glasses but the lady told me that they were expensive.... I genuinely prefer a place where they help you pick out the right pair and explain the best type of lenses u could use. But I do give it props for being easy to make appointments

It’s all done virtually, had I known that I would’ve never brought my child here in the first place . They don’t tell you or anything till you’re actually there . They put his prescription on hold & referred to me somewhere else anyways ! Ridiculous. I’d give them no stars if I could .

They don’t help you at all and the guy was so rude and had such an attitude you’d think we were bothering him- and then he wanted almost 500 dollars??? What the hell dude, basically paid to have someone act annoyed that we were there. Crazy and ridiculous he was so rude I can’t get over it he was so lame don’t talk to him or he will roll his eyes and not like you he sucked i didn’t like it I wanted to go home because he wasn’t nice at all be nice dude it’s ur job to help with glasses so help with glasses instead of helping put me in a bad mood 😒 get it right or don’t get it at all you should work at that one restaurant where it’s ur job to be mean you’d be really good at that but not at selling glasses you shouldn’t cause now I can’t see and I can’t feel happy so wut the helly
