- BTBLAZE TREEDec 2, 20255.0I waited 3-5 minutes to get called to a window. I waited an additional 30 minutes to be seen. In my opinion this is a completely reasonable amount of time to wait. Especially, considering the volume of people that were in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and helpful. They listened to my needs and addresed my concerns. I was treated with respect.
