- GGGhettoLuvOct 1, 20251.0Why keep giving me the same treatment that I said isn’t working? Update: they gave me the same medicine and said that’s the best one they have there’s not alot of options.
- CRCabrinna RoyalSep 29, 20251.0I was referred two months ago. When I called to confirm if they received the referral they stated they didn’t. I had to go back and get another referral to which they then scheduled me. The date of the scheduled appointment comes up and they call me to cancel within that week of my appointment to tell me the doctor would not be in and then scheduled me back again two weeks after that. The receptionist then calls me a few minutes ago to tell me my insurance shows as inactive ONE DAY before my appointment. Need I say SHE CALLED ME ONE MINUTE (4:29) BEFORE THEIR OFFICE CLOSED. So now I can’t get my questions answered and now I have to wait EVEN longer to figure out what to do next. Please work on your receptionists having better communication with your clientele. I should not have had to be told about another cancellation one day prior to my appointment. Which I took off work for. Unprofessional.

Finally got an appointment for them to do nothing. Doctor was almost annoyed that I went in for something minor. Wasn’t going to write this review until I get a bill in the mail.
