  Actually disappointed and concerned they have no sense of community. There’s a poster that claims a $50 donation is equal to basically a cancer screening but they tried charge me $480 for a routine test. The morals of these places have gone to shit and they should be defunded.

  I recently called to schedule an appointment at Planned Parenthood- South San Francisco 11Dec 14:30 ish and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was less than ideal. I was disappointed by the receptionist’s lack of professionalism. When I wasn’t sure about the insurance and questions for the information, i felt that my questions were met with impatience and a dismissive tone. Actually sounds rude since she picked up the phone. Plus with discrimination about the accent and she wanted to have interpreter even we had a clear conversation. This left me feeling dismissed and unsure about the proceeding with my appointment. It would be helpful if the front desk could be more courteous and willing to provide clear, friendly responses to questions.
