  Actually disappointed and concerned they have no sense of community. There’s a poster that claims a $50 donation is equal to basically a cancer screening but they tried charge me $480 for a routine test. The morals of these places have gone to shit and they should be defunded.

  I recently called to schedule an appointment at Planned Parenthood- South San Francisco 11Dec 14:30 ish and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was less than ideal. I was disappointed by the receptionist’s lack of professionalism. When I wasn’t sure about the insurance and questions for the information, i felt that my questions were met with impatience and a dismissive tone. Actually sounds rude since she picked up the phone. Plus with discrimination about the accent and she wanted to have interpreter even we had a clear conversation. This left me feeling dismissed and unsure about the proceeding with my appointment. It would be helpful if the front desk could be more courteous and willing to provide clear, friendly responses to questions.

  I accidentally called this number yesterday afternoon 4-13-2022 at 1:25PM thinking it was a general 800 number for PP. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I need services and I wanted to double check what I scheduled online was in fact scheduled. The woman on the phone rudely informed she was in California. She told me she’d attempt to connect me with the location I was looking for and all she did was MAKE SURE THE PHONE WOULD RING THERE. No actual help. I became frantic and began crying, stating that this was the rest of my life and I’m terrified. She then hugged at me and said “have a great day. Bye.” And HUNG UP ON ME! I was a patient begging for help or some kind of reassurance. I truly hope this isn’t how you treat other young women who are all alone and need help. I’m absolutely disgusted.

  THE NICEST MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE! I can't say enough. Needed help for my daughter. Bad earache. They couldn't get me an timely appointment. but went out of their way to forward me to people that could. Those people were JUST as kind and helpful. Thank you all SOOO much. Xoxo
