  Staffs are polite and accomodating. My lab procedure was done very fast. The personnel who assisted me was very precise in the instructions. Explained well and speak in a polite manner.

  Don’t come to this place. Just the worst. I thought I’d give Concentra another chance and nothing has changed. They sat me in the exam room for over 2 hours; after a hour they told me I was next, and after another hour with nothing I had to walk out.

  I came to this clinic today for my DOT exam for my CDL. I’ve taken my medical exam here three times before without any issues. This time, the assistants were rude and mocked my hearing issue, which was never raised or checked during my previous visits. According to DOT regulations, minor hearing issues do not automatically disqualify someone if they can hear adequately. I can hear without a hearing aid, yet they refused to give me my medical exam, failed me, and did not provide any paperwork or refund my $250 fee. Because of their actions, I now have to provide additional documentation, which will delay my ability to work and has already negatively impacted my career. I am exploring legal action due to their handling of my case. I strongly caution anyone considering this clinic — their staff may be rude, dismissive, and inconsistent, and you could face unnecessary delays, lost money, and disrespect.

  My experience: I had a drug and alcohol test. The service was okay, and the waiting time wasn’t bad. However, the staff were not friendly at all. I don’t understand why, whenever we come for a drug test, we get treated like we’re drug dealers or addicts. We don’t know the procedures — it’s their job to be kind, patient, and explain things politely. If you’re someone who can’t smile, be respectful, or handle people nicely no matter how stressful your job is, then maybe you should find another position — something that doesn’t involve dealing directly with the public. Work in the lab or do something else instead. My rating: Service: 7/10 Result speed: 9/10 Staff attitude: 2/10
