Its was after lunchtime so they already have been working a half a day but still with a very pristine smile on their faces and told me it would take about 2 and an half hours, which was accurate so they didn’t lie about that, much appreciated thanks!!! I hate being lied to. I was very comfortable due to the way staff members conducted themselves. All staff member that I in countered with on the day of. Smiles , joyful , laughter made time flyby before I knew it I was all done. Got drug screening plus physical with all documents needed and I was out the door to enjoy the rest of my afternoon. - RRRussell R3 days ago1.0Concentra tested someone else’s panel and conveyed to my future employer I had drugs in my system. (Which I do not!) Then I had to do a 2nd panel. The Nurse missed my vein on blood draw which hurt. After she poked a needle into a vein in my forearm which no nurse ever has tried and left a giant bruise. No Bueno!

They open at 8am and I did get there at 8:10am, highly recommend going early if you don’t want to have a long wait time.

Waiting time really depends on the reason for your visit. I’ve been here twice—once for a medical clearance for employment, which took about 2 hours, and another time for a repeat chest X-ray, which only took around 30 minutes. Upon arrival, you go to registration where they ask for your paperwork and provide your phone number. They send a set of questionnaires to your phone, which you complete online before waiting to be called. The facility is spacious and clean, not chaotic at all, and the process feels very systematized. The staff are good, professional, and approachable overall.
