They are charging the 1830 dollars without doing any work and I have no appointment. How am I charged for work that was not done? i just got a message from cherry financial i am about to be charged a second payment for work that was never done withno appointment to ever get it done this is absolutely absurd. I can’t believe they are doing this. I apply for critics. I’m in financial crisis, my teeth are in total pain and I’m being charged. I got the appointment under Medi-Cal because I am not working. I was in an accident hurt my back and I can’t now I’m borrowing money to make payments on services that were never rendered. I really wish I could just go somewhere else. Cancel all this, but I can’t because part of the work is the put a tooth on top of an implant the tooth that was on there fell off that was done by Seabreeze Dental in northern dentist will touch it because every other dentist says it was putting my nasal cavity so since zak dental did it they are the only ones they will put a coupon on it. Every other dentist just looks at it and says they can’t mess with it. I don’t know why or what damage can occur from having an implant putting in your nasal cavity and zak dental says as long as it’s not bothering me, not to worry about it but every other dentist makes it sound like it’s the end of the world. I don’t know what to do and between a rock and a hard place and it seems exact Dental. We’ll just be OK we’re doing no work and continuing to charge me while I sit here in pain to update after many phone calls i finally got them to cancell and reimburse the credit company only they didn’t reimburse the down payment. They did a partial reimbursement and kept $471 now I have to go through trying to call them again. It took over two weeks to get them to reverse the charges I’ll post again and let you know how it goes. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the dentist or a credit company. Cherry financial was very threatening for payments over services that were never made. Hopefully the guy seems to comment on all the reviews we get involved and give me a $471 back. It should’ve just been refunded worst experience ever. to update the teadon it was not credited back to my card is so that they coukd charge. a 64 dollar missed appointment fee. By not creating it to my credit card it is not affecting my credit adversely I’ve gotten late fees and penalties. They are absolute scammers trying to keep my money. The appointment was made less than 24 hours before the appointment I heard 430. They said it was 4 o’clock. do you yourself a favor and find a different dentist this is just a warehouse a dentist. You never know who’s gonna be working on your teeth and now the fact that they wanna try and charge me on something I have no right to charge love to see if this guy from the patient relations team is gonna comment on this
