- MPMireya PartidaAug 2, 20251.0First time I go there, I had my appointment at 3 for a birth control shot, got there at 250. After 10 minutes went in the room was told to wait and the Dr would come talk to me then I would be given the shot. After 45 minutes of nothing I got up and left saw all nurses just talking outside and not one of them had gone inside to check in. So I went to the front and asked how much more longer they said like 20 more minutes cause the dr was backed up, like what's the point of the appointments. There was only like 2 ppl before me. They asked If I wanted to reschedule, I said no I mean what's the point. Never again worst experience ever I get its a low income clinic but I mean my insurance was still paying for the visit. It would have been nice to just let me know ahead of time like I also have a baby at home I wasn't expecting a shot to take that long.
