  Caregivers showed up on time. Did everything I asked them to do. They were all very pleasant and personable. Since all three work shifts were overnight, I provided a bed. Unfortunately, all of them did not hear me call for them during the night. I was able to manage by myself but I should have had a bell to ring to wake them up. The main issue was that each caregiver was wearing a strong perfume, perhaps deodorant or hand lotion. I end3d up having to wash the linens each day and remove pillow cushion covers. I’m told I have a very sensitive nose.

  The caregivers were good, and many excellent. The company responded quickly when we needed. Home Watch Caregivers were there for us in Santa Rosa when our sister needed help as she prepared to move nearer to her son in Southern California. We trusted them and they provided needed care for our sister.

  The team is truly wonderful—kind, reliable, and always so helpful. They took amazing care of my mother, always showing up on time and providing compassionate support.   I am so impressed with the high quality of care provided to my father by HomeWatch CareGivers. We have been working with HWCG for approximately a year after my aging father needed temporary nursing assistance. At that point he was also showing the beginning stages of dementia/ Alzheimer’s. I live out of the area and had to interview and hire help for my father from long distance. I interviewed multiple services and the decision was easy to make. The owner and staff did everything possible to put me at ease and alleviate my concerns. Now that my father has recovered from his medical condition we have continued our relationship with HWCG to give my stepmother a well deserved break. His HWCG helps him schedule his doctors’ appointments, accompanies him to his appointments, takes him shopping and to lunch…. He has a wonderful time and everyone in the house feels less stressed. We absolutely plan to continue our relationship HWCG as they offer several levels of care. The management and staff is a pleasure to work with and I know that if there was a need they would do everything they could to help my family. I’m very grateful to the owner and staff!!! I give them the highest possible recommendation!!!
