I went in on Wednesday and the lady only asked "can you come back on Friday?" I was friendly and told her I could. I come back today and the lady sitting next to her said "you misunderstood what she was trying to tell you when you came in Wednesday." It's like no....she didn't tell me what to do, period. So they now ask if I can come back Monday and again I was friendly and patient. They charged me for the test and again, they didn't tell me to wait, or anything. I filled out the form that was texted to me in my car. I start driving back home and I receive a call from them. The lady on the phone asked if I was still in the clinic? I was like "I just left....but I can come right back." I wasn't going to argue but was well aware they were not communicating with me. The lady at the desk said it would be read on Monday. I looked very upset at this point. The lady (MA/nurse?) who took my test was also rude, didn't instruct me on which way to go and there were two separate hallways, I had to ask her, and didn't say thank you or anything. Everyone was chattering with each other. The lady also did not close the door when she did the test and another lady almost walked in with another patient. Pretty sure that is a HIPPA violation.

The gals in the back were very kind and friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. My only complaint is we were the only ones in the waiting area and it took a very long time to be called back. We didn't understand why and we're given no explanation. Other than that it was a good experience.
