They are shockingly affordable and convenient, and their customer service is superb! When you call, you will receive an in-depth description of their services from one of the scientists —mine was Katie; she was incredibly friendly, very thorough, patient, and informed When you arrive at the building, the phlebotomist will meet you at the entrance and escort you to their offices. Brenda was great! She was gentle, informed, and just a super kind person. The turnaround time for the lab work was 24 hours, which is simply unheard of for the number of tests they offer, which go well beyond standard biomarkers used by doctors at your physicals. Once you receive your results, you'll get a call from one of their scientist—Sandra was terrific! She offers a scientific analysis of your results, and this service is included in the price. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with as we reviewed my results. I found this lab while swiping through TikTok, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice to use their services. This was the best money I've spent this year on my health.
