- TCtosh crockett1 day ago2.0Recently went in for a drug test. I couldn't produce enough urine, so they said it's an automatic fail. They offered to give me more water, but said they would throw away original urine. They should have gave these instructions beforehand so I could have sat there drinking more water. I had to waste an extra 30 minutes drinking water then waiting. Kinda ridiculous. Other than these rules, staff was nice & the paperwork was completed fast. Check in is electronic via your own cellphone which might be a problem for some. Its a little inconvenient

However, after having to answer a 30 minute or so questionnaire I was asked to do it all over again because hadn't gone through via the website although the website told me it had and led me to a confirmation page. I'd had an extremely important appointment scheduled 5 hours after I'd showed up at Concentra. 4 hours later I was still in their office. When I explained the situation, the woman behind the counter said I'd be there another hour and a half. I called and cancelled my other appointment. 5 minutes later I was called in for my physical and 15 minutes later I was done, but my business with my other appointment was already irreparable. What a massively unnecessary headache.

This Dr. refused to give me intramuscular pain medication all because hes not educated on bariatric patient care and pain meds. Respectfully, sir, please educate yourself more on the type of pain medications bariatric patients can have. Myself and the bariatric community would really appreciate you not refusing to provide pain control medication at the urgent care facilities you work at; please stop googling stuff during the consultation. The Staff is very attentive and kind.
