What happened to building relationships with your clients? Today was my first time going to this location and I had my X-rays done. The older gentleman who had helped me seemed to be in a rush. While taking X-rays he kept moving me in a rough manner, at one point hitting my mouth with the lead apron. After my X-rays, I was put into another room. There was a tv in front of me and a lady joined the zoom. She looked as if she had just gotten out of bed and had the nastiest attitude. She had a messy bun, was wearing a regular T-shirt and you can see her neck tattoo. I think her name was Dahlia or Deliah. The dentist then joins the zoom and asks me what is going on with my teeth. I mentioned that I was having pain. Whenever he would ask me a question, I tried to explain but then he would say “I didn’t ask that” with an attitude. He constantly interrupted me when I would talk with another question. Mind you during the whole zoom the lady would sigh and roll her eyes. Because of the dental’s “high technology”, I was told that I had to pay for something called an (SDF) Liner out of pocket because my Medi-Cal does not cover it. Me and the dentist said our goodbyes, and it was just me and the lady on the zoom. She told me that I needed to give her my card information over the zoom for the SDF Liner in order to proceed with the appointment. I told her that I needed some time to think about this, knowing that I will not come back. With an annoyed look, she says “Ok girl whenever you’re ready”. Nobody there had given me a proper greeting, and I did not feel like anyone was interested in what I had to say or how I felt. I did not feel comfortable proceeding with an operation based on some X-rays that were taken. The dentist did not even have the decency to look at my teeth in person, and just wanted to rush and have me pay for an operation. How would I even know if the information that is given to me is accurate? The last dental office that I had went to told me that I needed partial crowns while this office is telling me that I don’t. Even if what this office is telling me is accurate, I would not want to pay money or be a patient a location where the workers do not have basic customer service skills.

Dr Zak and every member of his staff namely drs Daniel Kruk and Amna should be jailed for deceptive billing practices, misrepresentation of treatment options and patient abandonment. After Amna removed a bridge and created a dental emergency by shaving the anchor tooth all the way down saying she was cleaning it up and reshaping it. This rendered me without teeth for an extended period of time, nearly 12 weeks, resulting in profound shame, humiliation, psychological trauma and loss of self-esteem, that continues today despite being made whole by my new HONEST provider. I received my temporary bridge six days after initial consultation which is the strongest part of my case. Idk what to make of this unnecessary cruel pain inflicted on me with malice and forethought. These robber barrons belong in prison. Anyone facing this I urge you to fight back by filing formal complaints. Now that I've had my bridge a few weeks, I will file with the state dental board citing wilful misconduct, less than substandard care and patient abandonment. Also, consumer fraud complaint with the OIG citing Predatory, Abusive and Coercive financial practices. Daniel Kruk unprofessionally scolded me for not going with his 14k option. If possible I will be going to the local police to file fraud charges being that I have in black and white FRAUDULENT claims filed with DHS. Claims that does not even remotely depict the grossly inflated abusive charges imposed on me; charging me thousands reporting $20-$40. For instance, using my dental plan, my new Zirconia bridge was just over $1k. Zak Dental charged $1095 for ONE CROWN These monsters need to be in prison and Zak Dental needs to be fined and SHUT DOWN!! I can't POSSIBLY be the only person they've victimized this way. I am Still traumatized by the humiliation of the poorly made temporary bridge, evident by its catastrophic failure at a public event and while on vacation in Cabo.

This place is a total scam, they will ask you to come in and then do an X-ray and then do an virtual talk with the doctor who isn’t even on time, the doctor was abroad somewhere idk where and no doctor in sight I wanted to do just regular cleaning that also couldn’t be done, not professionals n just wasted my time couldn’t even get my tooth extracted.. all they care is making a profit, I didn’t sign up if virus consultation. Came out with a huge bill also the receptionist lied to me about the prices that’s why I went in on my off day …. They wasted my time
