He took the time to explain everything in clear detail, never rushed us, and made sure all of our questions were answered. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put my mom at ease. What really stood out was that Jesse personally called a couple of days later to check on how my mom was doing. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication to patients. Thanks to Jesse’s skill and attention, my mom felt both cared for and confident in the treatment plan. The entire urgent care staff was professional, kind, and efficient, but Jesse truly went above and beyond. He didn't push unnecessary medicine or procedures and that itself is soooo hard to find in healthcare these days.
