I brought my mom in on a Friday afternoon, and the care she received was excellent from start to finish. Jesse was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to explain everything in clear detail, never rushed us, and made sure all of our questions were answered. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put my mom at ease. What really stood out was that Jesse personally called a couple of days later to check on how my mom was doing. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication to patients. Thanks to Jesse’s skill and attention, my mom felt both cared for and confident in the treatment plan. The entire urgent care staff was professional, kind, and efficient, but Jesse truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful we have Henry Mayo Urgent Care in our community, and I highly recommend Jesse De La O to anyone seeking urgent, compassionate, and top-quality care.

Had ne tested for everything in the book that he can check for, even if I needed a specialist or not. If your insurance can cover this urgent care I'd highly recommend coming here.

My hands were full with my toddler and baby and I was already very anxious. The staff is 10/10. They made check in seamless, they were kind and so helpful. Our experience was exceptional.
