( I thought she was joking, she wasn't) She then said she couldn't do anything because she didn't perform the surgery and wasn't sure why I was sent to her. Typical of Concentra. Again as in a prior review this is the absolute worst medical experience I've ever experienced. The worst part is no one seems to be very concerned. Additionally the manager at the front desk was more rude than the Dr was and that was pretty hard to do. This place sucks
