Would give this place a -5 stars if I could do not go here at all the dentist here they only care about money It is very clear that they do not care about patients well-being and when they are an extreme amount of pain, One of the most unprofessional dentist office I have come across in Santa Barbara

It was great meeting with your periodontist Dr Dan; he's fantastic. His expertise was evident as he navigated through my x-rays and examination to develop a comprehensive and intelligent plan for my oral care. His honesty and integrity was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I will trust Dr Dan for all my periodontal needs in the future!

The McDentist Experience: Where Compassion Goes to die: If you’ve ever wondered what dentistry would look like if McDonald’s franchised human suffering, look no further. This “corporate dental service” — let’s call it Grills R Us — is the spiritual opposite of the caring, friendly neighborhood dentist you grew up with. The kind who’d ask about your family, your dog, and your last vacation before gently reminding you to floss. Those days are gone. Replaced by a high-volume, low-compassion assembly line that packs patients in like sardines in a waiting room the size of a broom closet. The receptionist? Imagine a former Folsom Prison guard with really cool tattoos (barff) who’s been demoted to paperwork and now takes it out on anyone holding a toothbrush. She gave orders like she was running roll call. When my appointment time came and went—then another 60 minutes passed—I asked if I was still on the list or had accidentally enlisted in a dental draft. She stared back like I’d just asked her to recite the Constitution. When I finally got a chair (if you can call a vinyl recliner a “chair”), the assistant stormed in like she was being paid by the minute. Fifteen minutes later, after what felt more like a tire rotation than a cleaning, the “dentist” appeared, said less than a TSA agent, and vanished without so much as a goodbye. Remember when going to the dentist meant being cared for by someone who actually knew your name? Now it’s just another stop on the corporate conveyor belt — sterile smiles, dead eyes, and a receipt for your trouble. Whatever happened to bedside manner? Probably outsourced to a call center. In summary: If you want your teeth cleaned by people who act like you’re interrupting their day by existing — and you enjoy the feeling of existential dread between fluoride rinses — this is your place. Otherwise, find yourself a real dentist. Preferably one who still remembers what “care” means. iwill never go back to this place again -

Ran badly. Insane miscommunication's led me to not be able to get my wisdom teeth out. I was told I would but fully sedated over a zoom call. when I arrive to my appointment that was no longer an option. Very hard to get in contact with, slow at answering back. Don’t go here.

Absolutely worst experience at a dentist office. I had this appointment scheduled because I really needed my wisdom teeth removed. I was in pain for weeks. Made an appointment weeks before and had everything squared away. I kept receiving text messages that I did not confirm my appointment but NO instructions as to how to confirm. My appointment day came and I showed up 20 min before. And was told because I didn’t confirm it would be a wait maybe over an hour. I informed the receptionist their txt messages gave no indication as to how to confirm appointment and physically showed her these txt messages. She also seemed to not know how to reply as well. She’s said oooohh hmmm. I filled out 2 sheets of paper that I needed and. She said she was confirming insurance. She informed me that since I didn’t confirm it would be a wait. Which being that I am also in the medical field as well I understood but did not agree with as this is ridiculous. I waited ONE and A HALF HOURS in the lobby PATIENTLY. Only for the receptionist to tell me that I would be next. Mind you I took off time from work from this. I took an extended lunch from one to three O’clock so that I can get this dentist appointment. After it was past three remind you, my appointment was at 1:50 And I arrived at 1:30 this appeared ridiculous to me. A patient had showed up and they took him in before me I was told because I did not confirm my appointment he was being taken in first. Which is ridiculous because this was already 15 minutes after three when my scheduled appointment was at 1:50. I will not be returning to this dental clinic and I Recommend no one else, either if you want to save your time
