On my second appointment, I was seen by NP Ci Jessie Song whose demeanor was cold, impersonal and without an ounce of care. Rather than having a conversation and making me feel at ease she pointed at a piece of paper with a phone number to call. For anyone going through something vulnerable, bedside manner and empathy are incredibly important, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking with this lady. Regarding bedside manner, she was oblivious to how condescending she sounded and how loud she was speaking, despite being in a quiet setting. With that said, one negative person and experience doesn’t reflect on the entire group. I like this facility and would return but would specifically ask to be seen by someone else.
