Nicole is amazing, always making sure my mom was getting the care and attention she needed and even making trips out to see her for special occasions and just to stay in touch. Nicole is very good at staying in contact and keeping her word. She managed my mom's caregivers with expertise, providing solutions and additional training if anything was not 100% perfect fit. Although some caregivers were a better fit than others for my mom, Nicole as their manager was consistently there to "make it right." I feel fortunate to have had her on the care team for my mother.

Patrina Smart Home Care Liaison took it upon herself to get to know our staff and our residents. She has made herself present in our community to be a resource and to add to our life enrichment program. Patrina takes time out of her busy schedule to work and interact with our residents. I have seen the residents enjoy and value the programs and activities Patrina has brought to them! Not only have I got great feedback from her interactions but the residents that have received home care from the key have been very impressed. I’ve gotten firsthand feedback that they like the consistency and dependability! Thank you to the key and to Patrina Smart for making a positive difference in the ones you serve! It’s nice to see an organization and a representative invest in interacting in the daily lives of our residents!
